Teshuvah 2017 Readings

Teshuvah is a 40 Day period of repentance that leads up to the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement. This year, it begins on August 21, 2017. Everyday, Psalm 27 and Ezekiel 33:1-7 is read as a way to remind us to repent of any sins we have committed against God and others, to seek the Lord, and to tell others about God.

Also during this time, the shofar is blown every day except Shabbat (Saturday – the day of rest) and the day before the Feast of Trumpets. If you do not have a shofar, you can use a shofar app (I recommend The Mighty Shofar app) to sound the trumpet! I invite you to join us as we return back to God and seek Him with all our hearts.
